3. Orders

When placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
An order is only valid once you have received a confirmation email from us.
Labotanique™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices and terms at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping is handled by our trusted delivery partners, and costs are displayed at checkout.
Labotanique™ is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish law.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, contact flowers@labotanique.se with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that custom-made or personalized arrangements are non-refundable.

7. Claims

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible via flowers@labotanique.se.
We follow Swedish consumer law and will cover the return cost for approved claims.
