Refund Policy

1. General

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Labotanique™.
If you are not fully happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

2. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
Returned products must be:

• Unused and in perfect, resellable condition

• In their original packaging

• Returned with all included parts and accessories

To start a return, please email flowers@labotanique.se with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

• Custom-made or personalized flower arrangements

• Sale items or final-sale products

• Items damaged due to improper handling or lack of care

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flowers@labotanique.se, and include photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue has been verified.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Labotanique™ is not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or payment provider.
If the refund still has not appeared, please contact us at flowers@labotanique.se for assistance.
