Shipping Policy

1. General

At Labotanique™, we handle every order with care to ensure your flowers arrive safely and beautifully packaged.
All shipments are prepared manually and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

2. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During high-demand periods (for example holidays or sales campaigns), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery & Carriers

We currently ship within Sweden and selected EU countries.
Deliveries within Sweden are handled primarily through PostNord, though other carriers may be used when needed.
Delivery time is typically 1–5 business days within Sweden and 3–10 business days within the EU.

4. Tracking

Most of our shipments can be tracked once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to you by email after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking information, your parcel will still be delivered to your nearest service point as soon as it arrives.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or in campaigns.

6. Delays & Responsibility

Labotanique™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our control.
However, we always do our best to assist you if any issue occurs.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, report it immediately to the delivery agent and contact us at flowers@labotanique.se within 48 hours, including photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

8. International Orders

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
These costs are not covered by Labotanique™ and are the customer’s responsibility.
